Nortel CDR is downloaded according to Nortel’s protocols and specifications via TCP/IP, FTP. RS-232 SMDR port and via BCM Pull & Push over IP for the BCM switch.

CommView's Single User bundle is a workstation-based application that is generally run by a telecom manager for administration as well as report management.
CommView Multi-User bundle is a web-server application which includes CommView WebReporter allowing reports to be requested and viewed by authorized personnel on Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser.
