CommView is a universal telemanagement solution for telephone expense control, call tracking and activity reporting. CommView also offers expense management, traffic analysis, toll fraud detection, departmental productivity reporting, security and personnel call productivity for both VoIP IP PBX and legacy PBX systems.
Two powerful and easy to use versions - a Premise Based System (You Host) or as a secure cloud computing application (We Host), CommView supports both VoIP and legacy PBX and IP-PBX systems, regardless of brand, technology, network size or number of locations.
CommView for Avaya delivers reports in a seamless consistent format from any mix of Avaya®, Cisco®, Mitel®, NEC®, Nortel®, ShoreTel® systems or from other manufacturers with available CDR (Call Detail Record).

Avaya CDR (Call Detail Record information) is obtained by several flexible methods, including serial access (RS-232), sFTP, FTP, file access and/or IP integration using Avaya’s proprietary Reliable Session Protocol (RSP). As a general rule, the method of integration is often dependent of the version of Avaya and the installer’s desired configuration. CommView for Avaya also supports Avaya’s Survivable Call Detail Recording.

CommView is available as a Windows-based software system, supplied in an easy to set up and use bundle configuration, including @Comm support and training.
CommView's Single User bundle is a workstation-based application that is generally run by a telecom manager for administration as well as report management.
CommView Multi-User bundle is a web-server application which includes CommView WebReporter allowing reports to be requested and viewed by authorized personnel on Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser.
CommView supports organizations of any size, unlimited number of sites and any mix of PBX & IP-PBX brands with available CDR anywhere. Regardless of mix of PBX and IP PBX brand or technology, all reports are consistent in content and appearance.
